Reddeppa Naidu
1932 Born in Andhra Pradesh; formal education at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.

1960 Diploma in painting from the Government School of Arts and Crafts, Chennai; Government of India Cultural Scholarship.

1962 National Award of the Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi.

1963 Joins the Weavers Service Centre, Government of India, and retires as the Deputy Director in 1990; awarded the gold medal of Andhra Pradesh, State Lalit Kala Academy.

1965 IVth Paris Biennale.

1967 Gold Medal of the Hyderabad Art Society.

1969 Xth Sao Paolo Biennale, Brazil.

1971 XIth Sao Paolo Biennale, Brazil.

1978 IVth Triennale-India, New Delhi.

1982 Group show sponsored by Air-India at Alliance Francaise, Chennai.

1983 Group show sponsored by Mahindra & Mahindra at Jehangir Art Gallery,Mumbai.

1988 Elected fellow of the Tamil Nadu Lalit Kala Academy. Visited Moscow and Leningrad and the Hermitage Museum.

1989 The Nehru Centenary exhibition on Nature and Environment organized by the Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi.1991 VIIth Triennale-India, New Delhi.

1997 The Poetic Line-An exhibition of the Sakuntala series of paintings; Conferred the Hony. Doctorate of Letters, Sree Venkateswara University, for his services to art and culture; curated the exhibition of artists below the age of fifty in connection with fifty years of independence for the Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi.

1999 Passes away at Cholamandal.
